As we know, Internet has not only markedly changed the business models, but also changed the way governments, organizations, or institutions doing their administrative issues. However, extant conferences largely spot lights on e-commerce which have received considerable interest from academics and industries, while electronic administration such as e-government has only received marginal interests in those "e" conferences. Accordingly, International Business Academics Consortium (IBAC), Knowledge Association of Taiwan (KAT), and Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University decided to host an international conference on e-Administration to offer interested people an opportunity to present and observe the latest research results and ideas in this field.
