Prospective authors are invited to submit their abstract(s) or full paper(s) electronically through the conference website. All abstracts or abstracts must be submitted electronically in DOC or PDF format.
To submit abstracts or papers, please follow the following steps:
1. Apply an account with User ID and Password.
To apply an account. Please click "create a new
account" and fill in all the necessary information to get your personal User ID
and Password. Upon completion, an e-mail confirming the creation of the
account will be sent to the author.
2. Submit abstracts or papers.
Following the creation of the account, the contributor can
log in the Conference Management System (CMS). The system provides the
contributor with the following functions:
Submission: Submit a new paper.
Modify Profile: Make changes to your personal information.
Submission List: Make changes to your submitted paper.
Upload
Final Paper: Upload final abstracts or papers after accepted
Registration: Register your accepted papers.
